Minute One provides call answering, triage, and booking support for home service contractors. The owner's team remains responsible for the work itself, including any job performed, quoted, or completed.
What our services do and do not do
Our AI phone agent answers calls, asks intake questions, sorts emergencies from routine work, alerts the on-call technician, and books appointments into the contractor's calendar. It is an assistant, not the business itself.
We are not the contractor performing the work. When you call a business that uses Minute One, you are calling that business; our role is limited to capturing and routing the request. The business remains responsible for its own workmanship, pricing, licensing, and guarantees.
No emergency guarantee
We work hard to detect emergencies and page the on-call technician quickly, but we cannot guarantee detection or response in every situation. If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first. Service availability can be interrupted by phone carrier outages, technical faults, or scheduled maintenance.
Text messages
By providing a mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive service texts (confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups related to your inquiry). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle message data.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Do not use the services to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
- Do not submit false information in forms or chat.
Contractor responsibilities
Businesses using Minute One remain responsible for their own services, licenses, insurance, calendar accuracy, and the accuracy of any information they give us to relay. We may decline or suspend service for misuse.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, and branding belong to Minute One. You may link to and share pages freely; you may not copy the content for your own commercial use without permission.

Our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minute One is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or damages arising from a contractor's own work or from events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
